For Cub Scout Parents

I hereby assign and grant Cub Scout Pack 334 of Philadelphia, PA, the right and permission to store, use, broadcast, and publish the digital media (including photographs/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings of my child) made during my child’s participation in Pack 334 activities. Publication may happen on the Pack 334 website, on social media accounts managed by the Pack, or other online platforms.

At no time will a Scout's name or any identifying information be used with the digital media, nor will anything be sold as a retail product using said digital media, unless specifically authorized by the parent of the Scout.

Pack 334 will make all effort to use digital media of children authorized by their parents, and may use software to blur a child's face in group photos, or ask a child to step out of group photos, or take other measures as necessary, if Pack 334 does not have authorization for that child.

I may request Pack 334 to remove any or all previously approved digital media of my child at any time, and I may revoke this authorization at anytime in writing or via email.
