When I a young scout my grandfather passed away. I was really close to him. The night of the viewing the funeral home doors opened and all of Troop 334 reverently marched in. Each scout and leader in full uniform, they processed to our family, shared their sympathies and courteously marched back out. Their loyalty and respect was so helpful at that time, they gave me the strength to make it through that heartbreak. Those moments will forever remain with me.
